Who we are
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the My Brick Boutique website. My Brick Boutique V.O.F. is established at Capelsedreef 32A, 5161 RS Sprang-Capelle, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99750589. You can reach us at info@mybrickboutique.com.
When these terms apply
These terms apply to orders placed by consumers through our webshop. Any additional arrangements for bespoke commissions or business-to-business projects will be agreed separately in writing. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Handmade with care
Our ornaments are assembled to order using LEGO® elements. Product images aim to represent the design and colour accurately; minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings and permitted component substitutions. We will contact you before making any material change to your order. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse My Brick Boutique.
Placing an order
Products, available variations and prices are shown in the webshop. You can review and correct your order before completing checkout. Once you place an order, we send an acknowledgement to the email address you provided. If an item or required part unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will contact you to agree on a suitable solution, including a refund if we cannot fulfil the order as agreed. We reserve the right to correct obvious website errors, without affecting orders already binding under applicable law.
Prices and secure checkout
Consumer prices displayed in the webshop include applicable VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown before you complete your order. Payment methods available at checkout are processed by Mollie and its relevant payment partners. An order must be paid using one of the methods offered at checkout, unless we agree otherwise.
Made to order
Our standard ornaments are made to order. Our usual processing time is approximately 3–5 business days, or 5–7 business days when additional LEGO elements must be sourced. These are estimates, not guaranteed dispatch dates. If an exceptional delay arises, we will inform you and discuss your options. A separate production timeline may apply to custom projects.
Shipping and delivery
We ship via PostNL to supported destinations within the European Union. Available delivery countries, shipping charges and methods are displayed at checkout. Transit times are estimates and can vary by destination or carrier. The risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. See our Shipping & Delivery page for further details.
Returns and cancellations
For eligible consumer purchases made online, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. This also applies to our regular made-to-order ornament designs; making an ordinary catalogue item after purchase does not, by itself, remove that right. Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may qualify for a legal exception, which we will communicate where applicable. To exercise your rights, email info@mybrickboutique.com or follow our Returns & Refunds instructions. After notifying us, you normally have 14 days to send eligible goods back. For ordinary withdrawals, return shipping costs are generally yours, provided this was disclosed before purchase.
How refunds work
For a valid withdrawal, we refund the payments received for the returned products, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option where required by law. We do so without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence of their return, whichever comes first. Refunds are normally made through the original payment method without an additional refund fee. Please see Returns & Refunds for the full process.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@mybrickboutique.com, ideally with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights concerning conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination remain unaffected. We do not require you to pay return shipping costs where we are legally responsible for the problem.
Bespoke creations
Custom creations begin with a discussion of your wishes and a separate quotation or project agreement. We will confirm the agreed design, price, production schedule and any payment stages before work starts. Because bespoke items may be produced to your individual specifications, different cancellation and withdrawal rules can apply where the legal conditions for an exception are met. We will explain any relevant exception before the order is concluded.
Designs and website content
The photographs, text, original design presentations and other content on this website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Please do not reproduce our website content for commercial use without permission. Purchase of a physical product does not automatically transfer any intellectual-property rights in our original materials. This provision does not restrict lawful uses or any rights you hold in material you provide for a custom project.
Your personal information
We process personal data to handle orders, payments, deliveries and enquiries as described in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and your preferences is available in our Cookie Policy.
Questions or complaints
If something is not right, please contact us at info@mybrickboutique.com so we can try to resolve it together. We aim to respond within a reasonable period. You may also seek assistance through the relevant consumer dispute-resolution or court procedures available under applicable law.
Legal framework
Dutch law applies to these terms, without depriving consumers residing elsewhere in the European Union of mandatory protections provided by the law of their habitual residence. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable consumer-protection and procedural rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version provided or made available when that order was placed. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
